Serving the newer neighborhoods along 380 and 377

If your home went up in the last few years, you’re in our core territory. We regularly work in Winn Ridge, Silverado, Sandbrock Ranch, ArrowBrooke, Savannah, Paloma Creek, Union Park and throughout Providence Village, Cross Roads, Krugerville and Pilot Point. From our Denton shop it’s a short run up US-380 or US-377, which is why we can give Aubrey real evening windows instead of a “we’ll try to get out there next week.”

Cross Roads, Krugerville & Providence Village

Cross Roads sits on US-380 between our Denton shop and Aubrey, so it’s one of the easiest drives we make. We see a mix there: newer homes with builder-package appliances a few years out of warranty, and older homes on bigger lots with second refrigerators and freezers in the garage or shop. Garage units take a beating in a Texas summer, and start relays, condenser fan motors and defrost problems are common calls.

In Krugerville and Providence Village it’s mostly newer construction, and the usual failures are one specific part: a washer drain pump or control board, a dryer heating element, a dishwasher pump, a refrigerator ice maker or evaporator fan. Those are almost always worth repairing.

The appliances in most Aubrey new-builds are builder packages from a handful of brands, and those are the ones we stock the most parts for:

How it works

  1. Book a window. Call or book online in about a minute. Evening and Saturday windows are the norm, not an upcharge.
  2. $99 service fee, applied to the repair. We find the actual failure, give you a firm quote on the spot, and you decide.
  3. Repair, usually same visit. Common parts for the brands above ride on the truck. Everything we install is OEM and backed by a 30-day parts and labor warranty.

Frequently asked questions

What does the $99 service fee cover?

It covers the trip to your home in Aubrey, Cross Roads, Providence Village, Krugerville or Pilot Point and diagnosing the problem. It is the same price a Denton customer pays. Once we find the failed part, you get a firm price for the repair before any work starts, and if you go ahead the $99 comes off the bill.

Can you actually come after 5 PM?

Yes, that’s our whole schedule. We run weekday appointments from 3 to 8 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 2 PM, so you don’t have to take time off work.

How fast can you get to Aubrey?

We run calls on weekday evenings (3-8 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM-2 PM). Saturday windows fill first, so book those a couple of days ahead if you can.

My appliance is 3–5 years old and out of warranty. Is it worth repairing?

Usually, yes. The builder-grade Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Samsung and LG units in most newer Aubrey homes tend to fail on a specific part (heating elements, drain pumps, control boards, evaporator fans) rather than wearing out all at once. We’ll tell you plainly if the repair cost doesn’t make sense against replacement.

Do you guarantee the work?

Every repair comes with a 30-day parts and labor warranty, and we install OEM parts.

Do you come out to Cross Roads?

Yes. Cross Roads is right on US-380 between Denton and Aubrey and is part of our regular territory. Same hours, same $99 service fee, and we run calls on weekday evenings (3-8 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM-2 PM). Saturday windows fill first.
