Little Elm is about 25 minutes from our Denton shop by US-380, and right next door to Oak Point where I live, so we run calls on weekday evenings (3-8 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM-2 PM). Saturday windows fill first.
Two kinds of Little Elm homes, two kinds of appliance problems
The established neighborhoods near the lake (off Eldorado Parkway, Hart Road, King Road and FM 423) have a lot of appliances in the 10 to 20 year range. There we see worn dryer drive belts and idler pulleys, failed bake and broil elements, refrigerator defrost problems and washer drain pumps clogged with years of lint and coins. Most of those are one-visit repairs.
The newer communities like Union Park, Paloma Creek, Valencia, Sunset Pointe, Hillstone Pointe and Spiritas Ranch mostly have builder-package Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Samsung and LG appliances that are just past their factory warranty. Those tend to fail on one specific part (control boards, evaporator fan motors, ice makers, dishwasher drain pumps) instead of wearing out all at once, which usually makes them worth fixing.

That’s our whole schedule. Weekday appointments run 3 to 8 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 2 PM, with no evening or Saturday surcharge.
