No. The $99 diagnostic is the same price we charge in Denton, there’s no trip fee, and it applies toward the repair if you go ahead.
Can you come in the evening? I can’t leave work for a 4-hour window.
Evenings are our normal schedule: weekdays 3 to 8 PM, plus Saturdays 10 AM to 2 PM. You’ll get a specific window, not a half-day.
My appliances came with the house and are 5–10 years old. Repair or replace?
Most of the time a single failed part is the whole problem, and the repair is a fraction of replacement. If the numbers don’t work in your favor, we’ll say so during the diagnostic and you’re only out the $99.
